My husband Allan and I had a wonderful cooking lesson with Antonella in Florence on May 14th--I'm back in Michigan now, and tonight I made Gnocchi with Tomato Sauce, and it was great!! Antonella, you are a such a good teacher, and I felt the same excitement rolling the pillowy gnocchi dough today, and seeing it all come together, as I did when cooking together with you in your kitchen up on the hill.
