COOKING LESSON

  COOKING LESSON INFORMATION 




I am a born and bred Florentine, I grew up in this beautiful city. Cooking is my life, my work and it has always been my greatest passion. It’s chemistry but, above all, it’s love for the others and for our planet. I love to experiment and mix different ingredients, flavors and culinary traditions in order to create new recipes and delicious dishes to share with my friends. I think that food is not just food, but also fun, pleasure… it’s an opportunity to connect with people


In my recipes I only use fresh ingredients and I’m lucky, because I have the chance to choose them directly from local farmers, close to home. I live in a classic Tuscan barn surrounded by olive trees, nestled in the green hills overlooking Florence at a 10 minute drive from the city center. The barn was once the studio of a famous Florentine sculptor.


Le lezione di cucina iniziano alle 10,30 am e seguono due steps : Nella prima parte cucineremo insieme il menù scelto, poi mangeremo quello che abbiamo cucinato, bevendo un bicchiere di vino . The total duration of the course, meal included, is about 3 hours.
